Relevant professional experience may be substituted. * One or more Microsoft solutions certifications in solutions architecture preferred. ## Description The Sr. Software Engineer is a hands-on, forward deployed full-stack builder who turns prioritized business use cases into working software for our client's healthcare technology platforms, developing across front ends and back-end services. This role reports to the Engineering Manager. Working with business stakeholders, solution architects, and the Technical Product Management team, the Sr. Software Engineer identifies and defines business needs that require developed technology solutions to achieve business outcomes. Working within architecture standards and design patterns, this role is responsible for the development, quality assurance, implementation, and maintenance of solution components and applies AI-assisted engineering as everyday practice. This role leverages the agile life cycle for solutions deployment in all projects as well as objectively assessing quality and logistics production readiness.
