## About the Role

* OTL configuration experience including time entry, time rules, approval rules, time categories, layouts, and related setups
 * Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
 * Understanding of OTL integration with Payroll, Absence Management, Projects and other HCM modules
 * Experience supporting CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and post-production activities
 * Ability to troubleshoot complex Time & Labor configuration and integration issues
 * Strong functional documentation and client-facing communication skills

Highly Preferred

 * Oracle Cloud Workforce Scheduling experience
 * Experience with OTL integrations and time-entry interfaces
 * Experience leading an Oracle Cloud OTL workstream
