Essential Knowledge & Experience * Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001 and ISO 45001 * Experience implementing, maintaining, and auditing Integrated Management Systems * Good understanding of ADISA ITAD compliance and data security risks. * Excellent knowledge of OHS legislation and implementation. * Strong understanding of environmental compliance, sustainability requirements, and related legislation. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess, document, quantify, and communicate risk effectively. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and make decisions based on risk and business impact., * IOSH Managing Safely. * ISEP Foundation Certificate in Sustainability & Environmental Management. * Training or qualifications in COSHH, Fire Safety, Manual Handling, Working at Height, or related disciplines. * Additional governance, environmental, or risk management certifications. * Lead Auditor qualification and/or demonstrable Lead Auditor experience * Experience supporting external audits, certifications, and compliance frameworks. * Experience with carbon reporting, sustainability, or carbon reduction projects ## Description We are seeking an experienced and proactive Risk & Governance Manager to join our management team. This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the company's risk management, governance, health & safety, quality, environmental compliance, and regulatory obligations. Reporting to the Head of IT & Governance, you will play a key role in ensuring our operations remain safe, compliant, efficient, and aligned with industry best practice. As Risk & Governance Manager, you will work across all departments, identifying risks, implementing controls, maintaining management systems, and supporting certification and audit activities.
