Expectations: * Strong experience designing and implementing integrations between enterprise systems * Hands-on experience working with APIs, including REST-based integrations * Good knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration principles * Experience working with data integration or middleware platforms * Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and approaches * Good knowledge of data governance, data quality and data integrity * Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements and solution designs * The ability to capture requirements using structured user stories * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Strong organisational skills with the ability to take ownership of integration projects from requirements through to delivery * Desirable Experience * Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) * Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) * Boomi * Informatica * Fivetran * Similar enterprise integration, iPaaS or data integration platforms Experience working within Agile delivery environments using Scrum, sprint-based delivery or Kanban would also be beneficial. ## Description We're looking for a Data Integration Engineer to join a growing Data & Analytics function, taking ownership of the design, development and ongoing improvement of integrations across a complex enterprise technology landscape. This is a hands-on technical role with a broader remit around how data moves between systems, applications and platforms. You'll work across APIs, ETL processes, integration tooling and master data, while helping establish the standards and governance needed to create reliable and scalable data flows across the organisation. The Role As a Data Integration Engineer, you'll work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate these into effective technical solutions. You'll be responsible for designing and implementing integrations between a range of systems, ensuring data moves accurately, securely and efficiently. Alongside delivery, you'll play an important role in improving the organisation's wider approach to integration architecture, master data management and data governance.
