## Description

As a Junior Service Desk Technician, you'll provide first-line IT support to colleagues across the business, helping to resolve technical issues, support day to day operations and deliver a positive user experience. You'll work closely with experienced engineers while gaining exposure to a broad range of IT support activities., * Providing friendly face to face support through the IT Bar and assisting with day to day technical queries.

 * Troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues across laptops, desktops and peripherals.

 * Managing first line software support requests through the FreshService ticketing system.

 * Setting up equipment and workstations for new starters.

 * Supporting IT off boarding activities and maintaining accurate support records.

 * Assisting with documentation, knowledge sharing and wider IT projects as your experience grows.
