## About the Role

* Experience in IT support, service desk, or application support environments.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies.
 * Confident communicating with both technical and non-technical users.
 * Able to deliver user training and provide excellent customer service.
 * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Desirable

 * Experience supporting CRM or database systems.
 * ITIL awareness or certification.
 * Exposure to reporting tools or data analysis.
 * Experience working alongside outsourced IT providers.
 * Knowledge of AV or meeting room technology.

## Description

We're working with a well-established organisation in Chelmsford to recruit an IT Support Analyst to join their growing Data & IT team. This is a newly created role offering a mix of hands-on IT support, business application support, user training, and stakeholder engagement.

As the primary on-site IT contact, you'll work closely with users, third-party software providers, and an outsourced IT support partner to ensure systems, devices, and technology services run smoothly across multiple locations., * Provide first-line support for business-critical applications and databases.

 * Troubleshoot software, hardware, and user issues, escalating where required.
 * Deliver IT inductions, user training, and create support documentation.
 * Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
 * Act as the on-site escalation point for IT issues requiring physical intervention.
 * Support meeting room technology, AV equipment, and collaboration tools.
 * Liaise with external suppliers and maintain IT asset records.
 * Travel occasionally to other regional sites to provide support.
