## About the Role

You will be the face of IT for users and stakeholders, so strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues confidently and professionally are essential., * Strong commercial experience within 2nd/3rd Line IT Support.

 * Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
 * Experience working with Microsoft Intune.
 * Experience with Microsoft Defender / Endpoint security.
 * Strong Windows desktop and endpoint troubleshooting skills.
 * Good understanding of Microsoft 365 environments.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * Comfortable working directly with senior users and business stakeholders.
 * Able to work autonomously while also collaborating with wider IT teams.

Desirable

 * Experience within a corporate or enterprise environment.
 * Knowledge of endpoint management and security technologies.
 * Experience producing technical documentation, support guides or specifications.
 * Exposure to networking, Active Directory / Entra ID and wider Microsoft infrastructure.

## Description

* Provide 2nd and 3rd line IT support across the organisation.
 * Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical incidents and problems.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft environments, devices and applications.
 * Provide support and administration across Microsoft Intune.
 * Troubleshoot issues relating to Microsoft Defender and endpoint security.
 * Investigate connectivity, endpoint, access and configuration issues.
 * Support device management, deployment and configuration.
 * Diagnose recurring technical issues and identify root causes.
 * Work closely with internal IT teams and third-party suppliers where required.
 * Provide a high level of customer service and act as a professional face of IT.
 * Document technical issues, solutions and procedures.
 * Produce and maintain technical documentation and support specifications where required.
 * Assist with wider infrastructure and IT projects as required.
