## About the Role

* Several years of experience in Finance/Controlling, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
 * Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
 * Experience working on ERP or transformation projects.
 * High analytical capability and strong process and system affinity.
 * Excellent communication skills, a structured working style, and a solution-oriented mindset.
 * Motivation to actively shape change and take responsibility for long-term systems and process evolution.

## Description

In this role, you will take a leading position within the Finance workstream of the S/4HANA transformation program. Your key tasks will include:

 * Designing future Finance processes in SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO, Product Costing, Reporting).
 * Conducting fit-gap analyses and supporting migration, testing, cut-over activities, and hypercare.
 * Harmonizing data, structures, and process standards across multiple international sites.
 * Collaborating closely with IT, Accounting, Controlling, Operations, and local teams.
 * Ensuring fulfillment of regulatory, accounting, and management-relevant requirements.
 * Acting as Finance Process Owner within the future operating model.
 * Managing Finance processes, data quality, and governance.
 * Serving as a business partner to various operational units.
