Du verfügst über mehrere Jahre relevante Beratungs- oder Transformationserfahrung im Umfeld von Banken, Finanzdienstleistern oder Versicherungen. Idealerweise bringst du eine entsprechend breite Kunden- und Führungsverantwortung mit.

 * Transformationserfahrung
Du hast mehrere anspruchsvolle Regulatory-, Risk- oder Compliance-Programme erfolgreich geleitet - beispielsweise in den Bereichen DORA und ICT Risk, AML/KYC, Financial Crime, Risk & Controls, Prudential Regulation, Compliance Operating Models oder regulatorische Daten- und Reportinganforderungen.

 * Business Development & Commercial Excellence
Du kannst nachweisen, dass du komplexe Beratungs- und Transformationsvorhaben erfolgreich entwickelt oder gewonnen hast. Value Proposition, Solutioning, Pricing, Angebotsgestaltung und Vertragsverhandlung gehören ebenso zu deinem Erfahrungsspektrum wie der Aufbau vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Entscheider:innen.

 * Technologisches Fundament
Du besitzt ein fundiertes Verständnis moderner GRC-, Cloud-, Daten- und Automatisierungslösungen und kannst fachliche Anforderungen in tragfähige Lösungs- und Delivery-Modelle übersetzen. Du bewertest neue Technologien konsequent nach regulatorischer Belastbarkeit und messbarem Kundennutzen.

 * Führungs- und Methodenkompetenz
Du steuerst cross-funktionale und internationale Teams souverän und verbindest klare Ergebnisorientierung mit inspirierender Führung. Methoden wie Value-Based Consulting, Design Thinking, Agile Delivery und strukturierte Transformationssteuerung setzt du situationsgerecht ein.

 * Kommunikation, Qualifikation & Sprachen
Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium - beispielsweise in Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Rechtswissenschaften, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich - beziehungsweise eine gleichwertige Qualifikation. Du überzeugst durch Executive Storytelling, Verhandlungsstärke sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und bringst die erforderliche Mobilität für Kundenprojekte im DACH-Raum mit.
