## About the Role

Produktmanagement (end-to-end)

· Kunden-, Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen kontinuierlich durchführen und in klare Entscheidungen übersetzen.

· Produktstrategie & Roadmap definieren, priorisieren und mit der Geschäftsführung abstimmen.

· Anforderungen erfassen & PRDs schreiben, Backlog priorisieren, mit Entwicklung (Scrum/Kanban) synchronisieren.

· User Research & Feedback-Loops organisieren (Interviews, Umfragen, Support-Signale auswerten).

· Go-to-Market & Releases planen: Beta-Programme, Release Notes, In-App-/Store-Listings, Changelogs.

· Qualitätsabnahme (UAT) neuer Features, klare Definition of Done.

· Produktmetriken festlegen (z. B. Aktivierung, Retention, NPS), in Dashboards monitoren und Maßnahmen ableiten.

· Pricing & Packaging mitentwickeln (Editionen, Lizenzen, Testphasen).

· Dokumentation & Hilfecenter koordinieren (How-tos, Knowledge Base).

· E-Mail/CRM: Newsletter, Lifecycle-Strecken, Lead-Nurturing, Segmentierung.

· Social & Community: Posts, Foren/Communities, Moderation von Feedback.

· PR & Partnerschaften: Fachpresse, Bewertungen/Tests koordinieren; Webinare/Events organisieren.

· Reporting: Klare KPIs definieren, regelmäßig berichten, Maßnahmen daraus ableiten.
