You'll work across the full development lifecycle, collaborating with Product, Engineering and Clinical teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions used by GP practices every day., * Develop and maintain customer-facing applications using Next.js, React and TypeScript. * Build responsive, accessible user interfaces that simplify complex healthcare workflows. * Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver high-quality features from * concept to release. Deliver Reliable Backend Services * Develop and integrate APIs and backend services. * Work with SQL databases and cloud services to support scalable application * architecture. * Contribute to system design discussions and technical decision-making. Own Quality Throughout Development * Write automated tests to ensure reliability and maintainability. * Contribute to end-to-end testing using Playwright. * Participate in code reviews and help improve engineering standards across the team. * Investigate and resolve production issues with a focus on root-cause analysis. Engineer for Scale * Deploy and maintain applications within Azure. * Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps. * Monitor application performance and reliability using modern observability tools. * Collaborate Across the Business * Work closely with clinicians, product managers and fellow engineers to understand user needs. * Contribute ideas that improve both the product and the development process. * Help foster a collaborative, pragmatic engineering culture.
