 * Selbstständiges Arbeiten

## Description

* Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Dokumentenmanagementsystem der Hochschule
 * Benutzersupport bei Basisanwendungen (z.B. Windows oder Office)
 * Hardwarebetreuung (Reparatur, Installation von zusätzlichen Geräten, usw.) einschl. Bedarfsermittlung
 * Installation von PC-Arbeitsplätzen
