* 6+ years' Solution Architecture experience, including 3+ years in AI / GenAI / Agentic AI.
 * Proven experience delivering production-grade AI agents or multi-agent solutions.
 * Strong AWS experience, ideally including Bedrock.
 * Hands-on experience with RAG and agentic AI frameworks.
 * Excellent stakeholder, consulting and communication skills.
 * Insurance or financial services experience desirable.
