## Description

As Head of Technology, you will lead an established technology team across software development, infrastructure and data, whilst acting as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team.

This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic thinking. Initially, the focus will be on executing an existing transformation roadmap, ensuring key technology programmes are delivered successfully and embedding best practice across the function. Over time, the role will naturally evolve as the business continues to scale through acquisition and expansion.

Key areas of responsibility include:

 * Leading and developing a growing internal technology team.
 * Delivering major technology and business systems initiatives.
 * Driving data capability and ensuring information is leveraged effectively across the organisation.
 * Supporting acquisition activity, integration projects and organisational change.
 * Managing relationships with technology partners and third-party providers.
 * Identifying opportunities to utilise emerging technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency and enhance business performance.
 * Acting as a visible and influential member of the leadership team, helping technology become a key driver of business growth
