## About the Role

Do you have experience in Office experience?, * have good IT skills, ideally have knowledge of Primary Care clinical computer systems, SystmOne would be an advantage

 * have good general office skills, and have good attention to detail
 * be hardworking and flexible
 * enjoy working in a team
 * have a good telephone manner
 * ideally have at least a year's General Practice experience
 * have a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent qualifications

## Description

We at Gossops Green Medical are looking for an Experienced Administrator that is good with IT and can cover Reception for at least 9 months. The position includes Document management, coding and scanning and processing of hospital an other correspondence. Processing and reporting on IT searches and data from our Clinical system. Booking and filling of nursing and other appointments.

NHS Pension scheme available

You need to be able to work between the hours of 9:00-13:00 Monday to Friday, and provide cover for when staff are on leave between the hours of 08:30-18:00.

Total hours per week 20 hours, could be more during times of leave.

We are a busy GP surgery based in a modern two storey new building in Gossops Green. We are looking for a candidate who will enjoy the challenge of working in the NHS and has admin and reception experience, ideally with experience in IT and scanning documents, emails and handling of hospital correspondence, and clinical coding. Training will be available.
