## Description

As a Lead Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building and optimising scalable data solutions while providing technical leadership to a team of engineers and analyst. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver high-quality data products that drive insight and decision-making., * Lead the migration of data platforms from on-premise environments to Databricks

 * Design and develop scalable data pipelines and data integration solutions
 * Drive best practices across data engineering, architecture and governance
 * Mentor and support data engineers/analysts within the team
 * Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions
 * Improve platform performance, reliability and scalability
 * Contribute to the long-term data strategy and roadmap
