The Network Program Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives that support provider network operations, data management, credentialing technology, operational reporting, process improvement, and implementation efforts across Optum Health. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders, operations teams, technology partners, vendors, and leadership to drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and deliver high-quality business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong project management, relationship management, analytical, and communication skills who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while driving accountability and measurable results.
