## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
 * Experience supporting, maintaining, or implementing ERP systems.
 * Strong understanding of business processes and functional ERP operations.
 * Experience with several D365 functional areas, such as Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Warehouse/Logistics, Manufacturing, or Finance.
 * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and users.
 * Ability to translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills.
 * Willingness to work onsite in Quakertown, PA.

Preferred Qualifications

 * D365 Supply Chain Management or Warehouse Management experience.
 * Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or AX 2012 experience.
 * Manufacturing or distribution industry experience.
 * Intercompany process experience.
 * Power BI and/or SQL experience.
 * Power Platform / Power Automate experience.
 * REST APIs and system integration experience.
 * Azure DevOps.
 * UAT and ERP testing.
 * Data migration experience.
 * Understanding of X++ or Dynamics development concepts.
 * ERP implementation, rollout, or migration experience.
 * Microsoft Dynamics certifications.

Education

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional ERP experience will also be considered., * Microsoft Dynamics 365: 3 years (Required)

## Description

This newly created position will work closely with the business and global IT team throughout the implementation and will become the primary local ERP resource following the rollout. The role will be responsible for ongoing D365 support, troubleshooting, system maintenance, user training, and process improvement.

This is a long-term opportunity to partner with both US business users and a global IT organization to support and enhance the D365 environment., * Support the implementation and ongoing administration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

 * Serve as the primary local resource for D365 functional support and troubleshooting.
 * Work directly with business users to understand operational needs and resolve ERP issues.
 * Translate business requirements into system solutions, configurations, and enhancements.
 * Support and improve business processes across areas such as:
 * Sales
 * Purchasing
 * Inventory
 * Warehouse and Logistics
 * Manufacturing
 * Finance
 * Analyze system issues, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions.
 * Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing application support.
 * Support ERP testing, UAT, data migration, integrations, and system enhancements.
 * Partner with global IT teams on implementation activities, system changes, and ongoing support.
 * Identify opportunities to improve ERP processes, functionality, and user adoption.
 * Assist with system integrations and related technical troubleshooting as needed.
