Active DoD Secret Clearance ## Description * Leading and coordinating the Communications Concurrent Engineering Team's (CET) Integration and Test efforts * Managing technical execution cost and schedule, and presenting to senior leadership as well as the customer * Proactively engaging in proper Earned Value Management and keeping the multiple programs informed on status and making progress * Evaluating planned vs. actual performance management in support of Earned Value Management, Work Package Management, and Control Account Management * Performing Integrated Master Schedule Development and Schedule Status Management.Formulates and recommends corrective action measures such as * Schedule revisions, * Manpower adjustments * Fund allocations * Work requirements Please Note: This position requires a DoD SECRET clearance.This role is hybrid, and applicants should be local to Owego, NY.
