What We Are Looking For:Proven experience in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales or Sales Engineering role within crypto, blockchain or financial technologyDeep understanding of blockchain infrastructure, digital assets, tokenisation, smart contracts or crypto market structureStrong grasp of how financial institutions operate - payments, custody, trading, settlement or capital markets workflowsAbility to engage confidently with both highly technical engineering teams and senior commercial stakeholdersExceptional communicator - you can simplify the complex without losing credibilityExperience building and delivering tailored product demonstrations and proof of conceptsComfortable working in a fast moving, high growth environment
