Desirable * Experience with Windows Server, Azure, or virtualisation. * Knowledge of Microsoft Defender and security solutions. * PowerShell scripting experience. * Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or AI technologies. * Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL etc.). * Full UK Driving Licence. ## Description Our client is an established IT services provider specialising in comprehensive IT support, consultancy, and remote monitoring for businesses across South Wales. They are seeking a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join their growing technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional with experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows environments and networking technologies who enjoys solving problems and delivering outstanding customer service.
