We are seeking a motivated and experienced Data Operations Manager to optimise our sales function and support our high-performing team.

You will be responsible for improving sales processes, managing CRM systems, analysing performance data, and helping drive revenue growth. This is a key role within the business, working closely with leadership and multiple departments., * Optimise sales processes to improve efficiency and performance

 * Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to increase conversions
 * Support, train, and coach sales team members
