* Erfahrung in der Betreuung eines ERP-Systems (z. B. proALPHA, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Abas o. ä.) - entscheidend ist Ihr Verständnis für Prozesse und Systeme.
 * Erfahrung im Projektmanagement.
 * Kenntnisse im Umgang mit BI-Tools, idealerweise Qlik Sense.
 * Kenntnisse in IT-Infrastrukturen (Windows, Server, Netzwerk).
 * Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise - Sie gehen Problemen auf den Grund und behalten den Überblick.
 * Kommunikationsstärke sowie Fähigkeit, Anforderungen klar zu formulieren und umzusetzen.
 * Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation - alternativ relevante Praxiserfahrung.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

## Description

* Betreuung, Administration und aktive Überwachung unserer ERP-Umgebung proALPHA inkl. Monitoring, Fehlerbehebung und Sicherstellung stabiler Systemlandschaften.
 * Analyse von Störungen sowie Pflege und Optimierung bestehender Schnittstellen und Integrationen zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Systembetriebs.
 * Unterstützung und Beratung unserer Fachbereiche: Aufnahme, Priorisierung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern.
 * Steuerung externer Dienstleister sowie Erstellung fundierter Pflichtenhefte und technischer Konzepte.
 * Mitwirkung und Leitung von IT- und Fachbereichsprojekten (z. B. Updates, Migrationen, Rollouts) inkl. Planung, Steuerung und Dokumentation.
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer BI-Lösung - Qlik Sense.
 * Proaktive Identifikation und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen - Sie gestalten aktiv mit, statt nur zu verwalten.
