 * Erfahrung in der Rollout-Koordination von Mobilfunkstandorten (4G/5G, Swap, Neubau)
 * Erfahrung im Bau von Mobilfunkstandorten, inkl. Genehmigungen, Statik und Standortvorbereitung
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Dienstleistern und deren Steuerung im Rahmen komplexer Projekte
 * Technisches Grundverständnis für Mobilfunktechnik (RAN, Stromversorgung, Anbindung).
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools und Datenbanken (z. B. PPluS, MS Excel, Power BI)
 * Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

## Description

* Koordination und Verfolgung des Mobilfunk-Rollouts anhand interner Datenbanken (z. B. PPluS, STF) und Projektpläne
 * Durchführung von Rotstiftrunden und Site Solution Meetings zur Klärung technischer und baulicher Lösungen
 * Organisation und Moderation von Deep-Dive-Sessions mit Baupartnern zur Identifikation und Lösung von Blocking Points
 * Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Sicherstellung der termingerechten Umsetzung aller Meilensteine
 * Dokumentation des Rollouts inklusive Statusberichte, KPI-Tracking und Eskalationsmanagement
