## About the Role

Do you have experience in Typing?, Pass grade in GCSE in Math's and English preferred though not essential. Competent in written English and fluent in spoken English.

Confident and professional on the telephone, Strong organisational skills, able to priortise and execute daily tasks. Show initiative. ## Description

We are recruiting for an Administrator Support to join our Minster Cleaning team!

Role and Responsibilities
Scanning and filling paperwork. Entering information to excel sheets. Support with processing material and consumable orders for sites, processing the order invoices. Monitoring the time and attendance system. Support with reviewing and booking applicants for job interviews. Supporting the office team in the daily operations of the business. Answering the telephone and passing on messages to the appropriate person.

Roles and responsibilities shall be expanded as knowledge is built.

Hours - Monday to Friday, between the hours 1000am - 1400pm but may vary.
