## About the Role

* Analytics and/or financial reporting knowledge
 * Deep knowledge in Excel and Power Point, storytelling with data
 * Outstanding expertise and hands on experience in SQL or Python
 * Project management tools (e.g. Jira)
 * Data visualization (e.g. Tableau, Excel, Power BI, Retool)

* Manage client relationships and provide technical support to maintain excellence and drive new product development
 * Support end-to-end implementations to ensure data quality, adoption and customizations needed for customer satisfaction
 * Quarterback account teams and engineering resources to drive success for our customers
 * Execute on customer needs leveraging technical skillsets in a timely manner
 * Attain a holistic understanding of the entire technology from data aggregation to product delivery
 * Develop and scale the technology from 'data pipelining' to 'innovation', to ensure accuracy of our data, as measured against client feedback
 * Develop new product lines such as local pricing, ecommerce intelligence, and supply chain analysis to drive ROI for clients
 * Leverage Data Visualization and UI/UX knowledge to increase customer adoption and ease of use
 * Collaborate with our data science, engineering, and sales teams
 * Adopt a self-starter mentality, and inspire customers to drive value out of our data products
