## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
 * 7+ years of product design engineering experience in manufacturing or regulated industries.
 * Experience with fluid control, fluid power, or related systems.
 * Proficiency with SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD platforms; AutoCAD experience preferred.
 * Working knowledge of FEA, CFD, and engineering analysis methods.
 * Strong project management, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.
 * Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, calculations, and test data.
 * Proven leadership, coaching, and team development experience.

## Description

* Lead development of valves, fittings, and related mechanical products from concept through production.
 * Review designs for functionality, manufacturability, quality, and cost efficiency.
 * Evaluate customer specifications and technical requirements to determine project feasibility.
 * Investigate product issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
 * Manage engineering projects, including scope, timelines, testing, and change control.
 * Conduct flow, stress, and performance evaluations to support product applications.
 * Develop and maintain 3D models and engineering drawings using CAD software.
 * Prepare technical reports and provide engineering support to customers and internal teams.
 * Mentor and oversee engineering staff while collaborating with suppliers and cross-functional partners.
