## About the Role

* Leadership: 2-5 years leading or guiding technical teams, * 5-10 years' experience in technical program management, delivery coordination or product engineering roles
 * 2-5 years leading or mentoring technical teams through complex initiatives
 * Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove blockers and maintain program momentum
 * Experience with user story creation, backlog refinement and roadmap prioritization
 * Strong stakeholder management across engineering, product and business functions
 * Proficiency with Jira or comparable project tracking tools
 * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field
 * Authorization to work in the United States

Nice-to-have:

 * Experience in regulated industries or high-complexity product environments
 * Familiarity with hardware-software integration or embedded systems delivery
 * Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification

## Description

* Experience: 5-10 years in technical program management or related delivery coordination, * Owning technical program roadmaps and translating product vision into coordinated delivery timelines
 * Facilitating Agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retrospectives, reviews) across engineering teams
 * Identifying and removing blockers to keep delivery moving, escalating risks and dependencies early
 * Refining product backlogs and creating user stories aligned with technical constraints and product intent
 * Managing stakeholder communication across product, engineering, operations and business teams
 * Tracking program metrics, health and velocity to inform decision-making and course correction
 * Guiding junior team members and fostering accountability within engineering squads
