Preferred Skills * Experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst Lead developing and executing enterprise testing strategies, quality frameworks, and risk management practices. Progressive does not hire candidates with (e.g., F-1 CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT, H-1B, O-1, E-3, TN) statuses for this role. ## Description As an IT quality assurance analyst lead in Commercial Lines Small Business Insurance (SBI) group, you'll play a key role in shaping and advancing quality practices across a critical technology workstream. Using your expertise in testing strategy, quality metrics, and risk management, you'll lead strategic quality initiatives, establish meaningful reporting and audit processes, and drive continuous improvement across the testing lifecycle. You'll partner closely with test leaders, product owners, automation teams, and other stakeholders to strengthen testing standards, improve testing maturity, and address delivery risks.
