We use AI throughout our own operations and increasingly help clients do the same, so genuine curiosity here goes a long way. * Hands-on experience with Apple MDM platforms (Addigy, Jamf, Kandji, or Mosyle) * Experience working in a ticketing or PSA system (Freshdesk, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Autotask, or similar) - including SLA-driven queues, time entry, and writing resolution notes someone else can actually use * Familiarity with remote support and RMM tooling (Splashtop, TeamViewer, N-able, NinjaOne) and with IT documentation platforms (IT Glue, Hudu, Notion) * Prior experience at an MSP or in a multi-client environment, where you're context-switching between organizations in a single day * Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud administration and licensing * Scripting ability (Bash, Zsh, Python, or AppleScript) for automation and remediation * Microsoft 365 administration experience * Apple certifications (ACSP, ACMT) or equivalent practical experience, * Mac/iOS Support: 3 years (Preferred) * Customer support: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10001 ## Description We're looking for a Mac Technical Specialist to support our clients both onsite and remotely. You'll be the person who solves the problem in front of you and then makes sure it doesn't come back. This is a hands-on support role with room to grow into deployment, automation, and AI enablement work.
