## About the Role

* 8+ years of progressive project/program management experience
 * 2+ years managing multiple concurrent projects with significant cross-team dependencies
 * Agile delivery experience
 * Strong experience presenting complex programs and recommendations to executive/C-suite stakeholders
 * Experience managing program-level budgets and allocating resources across competing initiatives
 * Strong systems thinking with the ability to see how individual projects impact the broader program
 * Data transformation experience strongly preferred
 * PgMP, MSP Practitioner, or PMP with demonstrated multi-project/program experience preferred

## Description

Our client is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a high-visibility portfolio of initiatives across Data, Analytics, and AI. This is a strategic role for someone who can bring structure to complex programs, connect the dots across multiple projects, and confidently partner with senior and executive leadership.

You'll oversee multiple interconnected projects tied to broader business outcomes by managing dependencies, budgets, risks, priorities, and executive-level communication while ensuring the work being delivered is creating measurable business value.

What You'll Do

 * Lead 3+ concurrent, interconnected projects within a broader Data, Analytics & AI program
 * Own overall program strategy, governance, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery health
 * Identify cross-project conflicts and make recommendations around prioritization, resources, scope, and sequencing
 * Chair or co-chair steering committee meetings and present program health and key decisions to C-suite and senior leadership
 * Define and track KPIs to ensure completed initiatives are delivering measurable business value
 * Anticipate cross-project risks, resource constraints, and dependency issues before they impact delivery
 * Establish clear governance, escalation paths, reporting cadences, and decision-making frameworks
 * Assess organizational readiness for change across multiple concurrent initiatives
 * Help drive and mature the organization's Agile transformation and delivery practices
