 * Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
 * A pragmatic approach to balancing quality, delivery speed, and long-term maintainability.
 * Experience with headless CMS platforms (nice to have).
 * Exposure to design systems and multi-market digital platforms (nice to have).
 * Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (nice to have).

 * Contributing to the evolution of a multi-market web platform used across global territories.

 * Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and release processes that enable safe, frequent deployments.
 * Helping shape engineering standards, patterns, and ways of working within a growing team.
