## About the Role

* Proven experience providing 2nd Line IT Support in a Microsoft environment.
 * Strong Microsoft 365 administration and support experience.
 * Solid knowledge of Active Directory user and group management.
 * Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
 * Good understanding of the Microsoft End User Computing (EUC) stack.
 * Experience supporting business applications, including troubleshooting and user support.
 * Knowledge of application patching and server-based application maintenance.
 * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

## Description

The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for resolving technical issues, supporting business-critical applications, and helping maintain a reliable and secure IT infrastructure. Any previous experience supporting Microsoft 365 migration projects would be a distinct advantage., * Provide 2nd Line technical support to end users, resolving incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.

 * Administer and support Microsoft 365, including user management, licensing, and troubleshooting.
 * Manage Active Directory user accounts, including joiners, movers, leavers, group permissions, and password resets.
 * Support and administer Windows 10 and Windows 11 desktop environments.
 * Deliver application support for both third-party and internally developed business applications.
 * Deploy and patch applications on Windows servers, ensuring systems remain secure and up to date.
 * Investigate technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
