This role focuses on continuous improvement, optimisation of existing solutions, and delivery of enhancements., * 8-12+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with at least 4-6 years hands-on with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (not just E-Business Suite). * Proven experience delivering enhancements, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives in a multi-country or multi-entity Fusion Financials environment in EMEA. * Deep functional knowledge across core Fusion Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Tax, and related reporting/analytics). * Strong understanding of EMEA statutory and tax requirements and experience configuring or advising on localisation needs within an existing global template. * Demonstrated ability to analyse end-to-end Finance processes, identify inefficiencies, and drive practical, system-enabled improvements. * Excellent stakeholder management skills; able to influence Finance and IT stakeholders across different cultures and countries. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement mindset. * Experience with change management, testing, and deployment of ERP enhancements.
