## About the Role

* Current Active SC Clearance
 * Own vehicle suitable for transporting tools and equipment
 * Own professional data cabling toolkit
 * Full UK Driving Licence
 * Ability to travel as projects require
 * Right to work in the UK

Technical Experience We're looking for engineers with strong experience in:

 * Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6a installations
 * Structured cabling standards (BS EN 50173 / ISO IEC 11801)
 * Cable management systems and containment
 * Testing and certification using Fluke or equivalent equipment
 * Reading and interpreting technical drawings and installation specifications
 * Diagnosing and resolving installation issues
 * Delivering high-quality installations within project timescales

Health & Safety

 * CSCS Card or equivalent preferred
 * Comfortable working at height, including ladders, ceiling voids and raised floors
 * Physically able to lift equipment and work within confined spaces
 * Strong commitment to health and safety procedures

## Description

Morris Sinclair is recruiting experienced SC Cleared Data Cabling Engineers to support an initial infrastructure project based in Reading.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a client that delivers structured cabling and network infrastructure projects across the UK, Europe and Malaysia.

While the first assignment is based in Reading, engineers who perform well may be offered opportunities to work on future deployments both nationally and internationally.

The Role
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality structured cabling installations across commercial and secure environments, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to industry standards.
