## Description

The Manage Content team owns the solutions for client and shopper communication, managing the connection between brands and retailers, and ensuring reviews and questions can be responded to and answered quickly and thoroughly to improve brand loyalty through great customer service.

As a Staff Engineer seeking to join this team, you will be responsible for helping design, develop, deliver and own a range of solutions to help extend Bazaarvoice's Client experience portfolio., + Cloud & Architecture: Deep expertise in cloud architectural patterns - microservices, serverless, streaming, CI/CD, data management, security, and observability. Own architectural decisions across one or more products, from design through delivery.
