Essential Skills & Experience * Experience in testing products through the development lifecycle * A solid theoretical foundation in core engineering principles. * Practical experience testing hardware products and rapid prototypes. * Experience with 3D modelling (SolidWorks preferred) and test fixture development. * A degree, qualification or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or another relevant field. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain and present test results. * Comfort working in a fast-paced environment. * A team-focused, optimistic, and solution-driven mindset. * The ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Comfort and willingness to handle and prepare all types of food products (including dairy, gluten, meat, etc.) during testing. As a member of our team, you will also receive the following ## Description This is a hands-on, technical position where you'll drive product testing across the entire development lifecycle with a high level of autonomy. From early concept exploration and prototype evaluation, through full verification and production readiness, you'll be immersed in the detail of how our products are tested, verified, and continuously improved. You will work closely with Design engineers testing products from concept, through development, to production, and beyond.
