## About the Role

Do you have experience in WAN?, * At least 1 years' support experience in a busy, customer-focused service desk or NOC environment

 * Solid understanding of LAN/WAN technologies
 * A networking qualification like CCNA (or working towards it) is a big plus
 * Strong communication - clear, calm and customer-focused
 * Flexibility to work in our Solihull office on shift patterns between 7am and 7pm, mainly Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts on a rota basis
 * Ability to obtain BPSS, SC, and NPPV3 clearance for this role

## Description

* Deliver top-notch customer service by resolving technical issues and keeping customers in the loop
 * Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity problems, and collaborate with field engineers to fix hardware like routers, switches, and Wi-Fi APs
 * Use tools such as Solarwinds and Extreme XIQ to track down problems
 * Manage incidents and request tickets on ServiceNow with precision, escalating to senior engineers when needed
 * Assist with hardware and vendor management, ensuring swift resolution of faults
