This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and a practical understanding of first-line IT support to join a values-led organisation that supports high-quality care delivery. The role: Working closely with our external IT support provider, you will act as the internal first point of contact for routine IT queries, supporting colleagues with day-to-day technical issues, managing user access, and helping to maintain secure and efficient systems across the organisation.
