 * Microsoft 365, insbesondere Microsoft Entra ID und Exchange Online
 * Windows Server 2022 und 2025
 * PowerShell, * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d), ein Studium im IT-Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Betrieb und in der Administration von Microsoft-365- und Azure-Umgebungen
 * Erfahrung im 1st-, 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
 * Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
 * Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Entscheidungskompetenz
 * Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und die Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge verständlich zu vermitteln
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

## Description

* Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-365- und Azure-Umgebung
 * Planung, Implementierung und Betrieb von Identitäts- und Zugriffsmodellen
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-Entra-ID-Architektur inklusive Hybrid Identity, Synchronisation und Lifecycle-Management
 * Administration und Optimierung von Microsoft-365-Diensten, insbesondere Exchange Online, SharePoint Online und Microsoft Teams
 * Bewertung neuer Microsoft-Technologien und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Cloud-Infrastruktur
 * Technische Unterstützung und Mitarbeit bei internen IT-Projekten
