 + Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power BI/Report Builder, Power Automate
 + Microsoft Access and VBA
 + SQL and relational database programming
 + HTML, XML, CSS, JavaScript
 + ASP.NET, Umbraco, AWS
 + Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
 + Nintex Forms/Workflow/API
 + Webflow, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop
 + Oracle databases
 * Strong knowledge of relational databases, database objects, stored procedures, functions, triggers, cursors, queries, and data integrity.
 * Knowledge of object-oriented programming, web development, reporting tools, and data warehouse concepts.
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
 * Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, prioritize tasks, and collaborate effectively with technical and business teams., Experience with .NET, C# or VB.NET, Microsoft Foundry/Copilot, AI-driven development, and GitHub Copilot is highly desirable.

## Description

* Design, develop, deploy, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Access, VBA, Power Apps, Power BI/Report Builder, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
 * Support the modernization and conversion of legacy Access applications to Microsoft Power Platform.
 * Design and publish reports and dashboards using Power BI.
 * Develop and maintain relational database components, including views, stored procedures, functions, packages, and complex SQL queries.
 * Provide application troubleshooting, debugging, and production support.
 * Develop websites and business solutions using modern web technologies.
 * Develop prototypes and recommend technology solutions to meet business needs.
 * Work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
