The Technical Lead will own end-to-end technical solution design and quality, translating legacy payroll data structures and interface requirements into a governed Oracle Cloud HCM payroll target architecture., * Direct the conversion methodology (source-to-target mapping, ETL, and pay-period-level reconciliation) and the integration build (API-based, file-based, event-driven, and batch patterns via Oracle Integration Cloud) across high-risk domains including pay plans, leave, tax withholding, benefits elections, garnishments, YTD accumulators, and accounting distributions. * Ensure the technical solution aligns with the program's security and infrastructure posture, partnering with the security team on role-based access design, data-in-motion and data-at-rest protections, and FedRAMP/NIST SP 800-53 compliance across the OCI Government Cloud environment.
