SMX is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst toserve as the Security Operations Center (SOC) Team Lead responsible for managing a team of cybersecurity professionals providing continuous monitoring, incident response, RMF support, vulnerability management, and cyber defense operations for classified enterprise environments., * Lead a team of cybersecurity analysts supporting 24x7 SOC operations.

 * Coordinate cyber incident response.
 * Oversee continuous monitoring activities.
 * Review security alerts and incident investigations.
 * Manage vulnerability remediation.
 * Lead ATO package development and maintenance.
 * Coordinate change management.
 * Ensure compliance with RMF requirements.
 * Produce operational metrics and reports.
 * Mentor cybersecurity personnel.
