This is a true traveling position, with primary coverage at our Nashville, Dickson, and Lebanon locations and occasional coverage in Gallatin based on practice needs. Applicants should ideally live in or around the Nashville/Middle Tennessee area and must be comfortable traveling between locations. The schedule and assigned location may vary based on provider schedules and staffing needs. Reliable transportation and flexibility are essential for this role., * 1+ years of medical front desk, receptionist, or medical office experience preferred * Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is a strong plus * Dermatology experience is helpful but not required * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy medical practice * Reliable, punctual, professional, and dependable * Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between assigned clinic locations * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team * Flexibility with scheduling and clinic assignments What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, adaptable, and great with patients. Because this position supports multiple locations, the ideal candidate should be comfortable adjusting to different clinic environments and helping wherever coverage is needed. We already have a great team and are looking for the right person to join us as our practice continues to grow. Schedule & Travel This is a full-time position. Typical clinic hours are approximately 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or until the last patient is completed, depending on the location and provider schedule. Primary locations: Nashville Dickson Lebanon Occasional coverage: Gallatin, White House Applicants must have reliable transportation and be comfortable with regular travel as part of the position.
