* Highly Proficient in working within a Ticketing System, like AutoTask or ConnectWise.
 * Manage Tier 2 Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
 * Expert level in Verbal Communication, while driving Technical Issues to Resolution.
 * Certified Knowledge & Experience of Windows and Cloud-based Technologies.
 * Two (2+) Plus Years in an IT Help Desk or NOC Support Team Environment
 * Intermediate knowledge of firewalls, routers, layer 2/3 switches, and other networking devices.
 * Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Server Operating Systems and Networks.
 * Document customer interactions
 * Experience in working among a team, knowing when to ask for help.
 * Escalate issues to the next Tier with next level of difficulty
 * Install, make changes and repair computer hardware and software
 * Certifications (A+, Net+, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator) are a plus!, * 2+ years of experience working in a help desk environment
 * Flexibility to work a variety of shifts with minimal notice
 * Available to work regular overtime
 * Proficiency with a MAC and IOS computers
 * Excellent oral communication skills
 * Detail oriented in order to keep detailed notes on tickets
 * Highly organized to keep Help desk tickets order
 * Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues
