Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.8+ years of relevant professional experience, with significant experience in investment management, capital markets, financial services technology, or consulting.Substantial hands-on experience with Charles River Development (CRD/CRIMS), including direct involvement in complex implementations, upgrades, transformations, or client delivery engagements.Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering multiple CRD implementations or major platform initiatives from requirements and solution design through implementation and go-live.Deep practical understanding of investment management workflows and operating models, with the ability to translate real-world business processes into effective CRD solutions.Strong experience working directly with asset managers, wealth managers, banks, or other institutional financial services organizations.Proven ability to operate independently as a senior functional expert, SME, or implementation

done.About the Opportunity:Seeking highly experienced Charles River Development (CRD) Implementation Consultants to support complex client delivery and implementation initiatives across the financial services industry. The ideal candidates will bring deep, practical, hands-on experience with the Charles River Investment Management Solution (CRIMS) and a strong understanding of investment management operations, workflows, and technology. Candidates should be comfortable operating independently with senior client stakeholders, solving complex implementation challenges, and providing practical expertise throughout the full implementation lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesLead and support complex, end-to-end Charles River implementations, upgrades, migrations, and platform transformation initiatives.Apply deep practical knowledge of CRD/CRIMS to assess client requirements and design effective, scalable solutions.Work directly with financial services clients to understand complex business processes and
