## Description

As a Software Engineering Manager at MHR, you'll lead a cross-functional team of Software Engineers and Test Engineers, helping build the next generation of our cloud-based HR and Payroll platform. You'll combine people leadership with technical influence, fostering a culture of engineering excellence, test-driven development and continuous improvement.

Working with modern technologies including .NET, Angular, Azure and AI-assisted development tools, you'll help shape how software is built while supporting the growth and success of your team.

Your Team

You'll lead a collaborative Agile team of engineers and testers, working closely with Product and Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software. We value shared ownership, continuous learning and a growth mindset, creating an environment where people can do their best work and develop their careers.

You'll be responsible for building high-performing teams, improving engineering practices and ensuring the delivery of scalable, maintainable software. Through coaching, mentoring and technical leadership, you'll help shape both our products and our engineering culture.

 * Champion AI-assisted development practices to improve productivity and quality.
