## About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Analyst to join our dynamic technology team. This pivotal role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining complex IT systems that support enterprise operations across diverse platforms. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in systems engineering, system architecture, and solution design, with a strong focus on service-oriented architecture and cloud technologies. As a Senior IT Analyst, you will lead initiatives to optimise infrastructure performance, enhance security protocols, and develop innovative solutions aligned with organisational goals. Your expertise will ensure the seamless integration of virtualisation, networking, and application deployment processes to support business growth and operational excellence., * Extensive experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices frameworks, and solution architecture principles

 * Proficiency in cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure; familiarity with virtualisation technologies including VMware and ESXi
 * Strong background in system administration across Windows Server, Linux distributions, UNIX systems; adept at shell scripting (Bash) and automation tools
 * Knowledge of networking protocols including DNS, DHCP, VPNs; expertise in firewall configuration and load balancing techniques
 * Hands-on experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle; proficiency in SQL/T-SQL scripting for data management
 * Familiarity with containerisation (Kubernetes), DevOps pipelines (Jenkins), version control (Git), and CI/CD practices
 * Understanding of information security fundamentals; ability to implement security policies within diverse IT environments
 * Skills in programming languages including JavaScript, Java, Python; experience developing APIs for integrated solutions

## Description

* Lead the delivery, support and continuous improvement of business applications
 * Leverage Microsoft 365 technologies, including Teams, SharePoint and the Power Platform
 * Design and enhance low-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse
 * Support cloud, on-premises and hybrid application environments
 * Troubleshoot and maintain servers, integrations, data flows and connected systems
 * Lead technical projects and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
 * Apply ITIL service management principles and Agile delivery practices
 * Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
