Projects will primarily focus on infrastructure and ERP, with potential involvement in other IT initiatives as required. This role is suited to a highly organised and proactive individual. While technical knowledge is important, the emphasis is on driving delivery, managing risk, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will be comfortable working within a matrix organisation, managing projects with multiple reporting lines and dotted-line relationships to various leaders, reflecting the dynamic nature of our projects at Morgan., * Proven experience delivering IT projects in global manufacturing companies, ideally within matrix organisations. * Strong project management skills, with a solid understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall). * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. * Demonstrated experience in project governance, reporting, and risk management. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. * Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, or software development projects (technical depth not required, but context awareness is essential). * Experience managing projects with multiple reporting lines or dotted-line relationships.
