This role would suit someone with around 2 to 3 years' experience working within a digital agency who is comfortable managing multiple projects, communicating with clients and making sure work is delivered on time and to a high standard. You will primarily be responsible for managing website and branding projects from initial brief through to delivery, while also supporting the wider marketing team with selected client activity. This is a hands-on role where organisation, communication and attention to detail are essential. You will be working closely with designers, developers, marketers and clients, so you need to be comfortable keeping projects moving, managing expectations and making sure everyone knows what needs to happen next., We are looking for someone who is: * Extremely organised and methodical * Confident communicating with clients * Comfortable managing several projects at the same time * Calm and professional when working under pressure * Able to manage deadlines and keep projects moving * Proactive rather than waiting to be told what needs doing * Detail-focused and able to spot potential issues early * Comfortable working as part of a busy agency team Experience Ideally, you will have: * Around 2 to 3 years' experience in digital project management or a similar agency-based role * Experience managing website or digital projects * Experience dealing directly with clients * A good understanding of the website design and development process * Experience working with project management software such as Monday.com * Experience or familiarity with WordPress * Good working knowledge of Google Workspace Experience with Shopify would be advantageous but is not essential. An understanding of recognised project management methodologies such as Agile or PRINCE2 would also be useful., You will be joining a collaborative team where you will have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects and develop your project management experience within a busy digital agency environment.
